Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to the Offenlix Labs website and the use of our security services. Please read them carefully before engaging us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Offenlix Labs for security services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Offenlix Labs provides offensive security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and related cybersecurity services. All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SoW) and Rules of Engagement agreed upon with each client prior to commencement.

3. Authorisation

All security testing performed by Offenlix Labs is conducted only under explicit written authorisation from the asset owner. Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the legal authority to authorise testing on all systems included in the scope. Offenlix Labs accepts no liability for testing conducted on systems for which authorisation was misrepresented.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during an engagement as strictly confidential. Offenlix Labs will not disclose client information, findings, or engagement details to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced during an engagement (reports, findings, recommendations) are owned by the client upon full payment. Offenlix Labs retains rights to generic methodologies, tools, and anonymised knowledge not specific to the client's environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Offenlix Labs' liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through appropriate legal proceedings.
